Before joining the Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2009, Kim was a top-ranked National Sales Manager in the broadcasting industry, where she honed her skills in sales, marketing, and client negotiations. Kim moved to Concord in 2007, and her passion for the community naturally led her to a successful real estate career. Her ability to build lasting relationships is evident, as the majority of her business comes from referrals from satisfied clients. With a deep understanding of Real Estate market in the Metro West suburbs of Boston as well as the city, Kim’s honest approach to every transaction has made her a trusted agent on both the buy and sell side.

A 1987 graduate of Boston College, Kim lived in Concord for 15 years before recently relocating to Boston. She has two children who attended Concord’s award-winning public schools. An active member of the community, Kim currently serves on the Emerson Hospital Board and has previously held positions with the Concord Education Fund Board, the Willard Elementary School Student Advisory Board, and the PTGs of both Willard and Concord Middle Schools. When not selling real estate, Kim and her husband enjoy spending time at their Cape Cod home, where they love to entertain friends and family and take long beach walks with their dog Dexter. Boating, golfing, and world travel are also some of their favorite past times as well and visiting their favorite New England spots, including Nantucket, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the Berkshires.

Rory brings nearly three decades of sales and real estate expertise to her role as a real estate agent. Known for her enthusiasm, energy, and attention to detail, Rory is highly regarded for her ability to connect with clients and deliver exceptional results on both the buying and selling sides. She has built a reputation for her responsiveness, negotiation, and in-depth market knowledge, particularly in the Concord, Carlisle, Lexington, Lincoln, and Sudbury areas.

A graduate of Colgate University, Rory began her career as a top-performing healthcare representative at Pfizer before discovering her passion for real estate. Now based in Concord with her husband and two children, she is an active member of the community, volunteering with the National Charity League, Meals on Wheels, and the Parent Teacher group at the local schools. An accomplished athlete, Rory has completed five marathons, raising over $10,000 for cancer research. In her free time, she enjoys running, tennis, paddle, skiing, and turning houses into homes for her clients.

Lizzy has been a resident of Concord, Massachusetts for over 16 years. Prior to real estate, Lizzy built a successful career working in Boston’s top advertising firms, specializing in account management, marketing, and sales operations. In these positions, Lizzy honed her skills in leadership, customer relations, and enthusiasm for working with others. Her friendly personality, along with her strong work ethic, has translated well and assisted in her real estate career.

Lizzy is an active member of the community with three children; one in high school, middle school and her youngest is finishing elementary school this year. She is also an active member at the Concord Country Club, where she is involved in internal committees. In her time outside of work and volunteering, Lizzy enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf and tennis, and traveling.

Katie has called Concord home for 17 years, drawn by the town’s charm, natural beauty, and excellent schools. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Bates College with a BA in Economics, Katie’s career began in economic consulting before she transitioned to a decade-long role at a financial tech startup in the Seaport. Since moving to Concord, she’s co-chaired the Concord Family Network and is actively engaged in her children’s schools.

Whether in the workplace or within her involvement in Concord, Katie has always loved getting to know people and forming strong relationships and is now combining her passion for relationship management with her love of real estate. Outside of work, you might spot her running through town, gardening, or cheering on her three kids.
